No refunds or exchanges will be authorized for products purchased from The Jax Aesthetician. If you are dissatisfied with your product we will do everything we can to replace it with a product you love. If you are dissatisfied with your service please let Marin know immediately and we will work on a solution together.

Clients will be considered a no show and charged the no show fee if 15 minutes or more late for their scheduled appointment time. If there is an emergency please contact me.

Cancellations must be done online with a 48 hour notice. Failure to comply will result in a 50% of service cancellation fee. No call no shows and same day cancellations will be subject to a 50% cancellation Fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may be canceled and your card could be charged for 50% of the service. You agree to these terms any time you book an appointment with The Jax Aesthetician by Marin. This is in place because I value my time and my clients time. Thank you for understanding!🤍
